Baked Brie Appetizer with Olives

Here’s a really easy appetizer that takes just 3 ingredients that would be perfect for New Year’s Eve or Day. I just used Pepperidge Farm puff pastry cups and brie process in the food processor, and then topped them with chopped olives. You can find my baked brie appetizer with olives at the Family Kitchen.

When I saw this in my reader…I know that my sweet husband would be in heaven. He adores brie and olives. In fact, they might just be two of his favorite foods. I’m bookmarking this for his birthday! Thank you for sharing with me all that you do. I wish you many blessings and much joy in the New Year!

These look so pretty and I’m sure they’re delicious. There’s nothing I like more than ooey gooey brie.
