I love rice, but don’t think I’ve ever had risotto. I’ve seen it prepared on cooking shows, but like Jon, I’ve always been a little too lazy to try to make it. I’m going to look for the Bertolli’s line when I go to the grocery store later.
I love risotto; it’s versatile, but you don’t always feel like starting it when you get home from work. This looks like a good alternative.
