I just saw the link to this underneath your blog post about eggnog pie and was intreguied by the buttermilk in the title. Thanks for sharing this, I’m always looking for ways to make mashed potatoes more interesting. I live with a person who insists on just mashing their potatoes and not adding any butter or milk urgh! I’ll point her in the direction of this
