Also, minus the cilantro. It took awhile for everything to come together, but it was such an intriguing taste in the end that I had to do it again ... a little closer to the recipe this time. I love how the spice mix darkens everything. The beef comes out SO tenderly after cooking for a long time. Oh man, so good.
