Cucumber Yogurt Dip

Are you tired of cheesy, spicy, heavy dips? This cucumber dip is a light and refreshing classic, perfect for summer. Frito Lay sent me this wonderful recipe. I’ve had the recipe in the past with sour cream, but never thought to do it with Greek yogurt. It tastes great, is very simple, and nutritious. We ate this with some classic Lay’s potato chips, but you can enjoy it with any type of chip, cracker, or veggie. I think this would be perfect with a chip and veggie platter to take to a cookout. Frito Lay is also sponsoring a giveaway, you can enter here, and find another great dip recipe.
