Easy Mini King Cakes for Mardi Gras
The Mardi Gras parades and festivities are in full swing in New Orleans. The first parade was on February 4. When we lived in Panama City, we had our own mini version of Mardi Gras. It was so much fun, and now that we live in Orlando we have a Mardi Gras celebration at Universal Studios that kicks off this weekend.
One of the funnest things I like to make every year is a King Cake. This year, I took a few shortcuts and created these super simple mini ones. Head over to the Pillsbury website and you can find my recipe and step by step photos for these mini King Cakes.

can’t wait to try this….I’m a New Orleans native that doesn’t live there now and I think my kids would love this…especially since we love the cinnamon rolls already!!! Thanks for sharing!!
