You could certainly see your enthusiasm in the paintings you write. The sector hopes for more passionate writers like you who aren't afraid to say how they believe. Always go after your heart.

love foods that use healthy ingredients.

The Giant Chemical corporation that brought you Agent Orange, BGH - that doubles milk output in cows which is so dangerous, and the lethal pesticide "Round Up", Monsanto pushes people to grown corn, soybeans, and other grains using genetically engineered seeds. All of those are very dangerous to the body and to animals eating them. In Europe they require all foods containing GMO products to be labeled. NOT SO IN THE USA! They have the stuff in nearly all of our foods and its making us sick.

On their website, it says: "Monsanto offers the world’s vegetable growers more than 4,000 distinct seed varieties representing more than 20 species."

It reads like a scarey novel where mad men make foods that hurt us and try to make us eat them by placing them and their by products in most foods. Please avoid these these "foods" at all cost. They target your immune system. This is the time to have a good immune system with so many new threats each year.

All of our foods that contain genetically engineered products should be labeled but this is not being done, as is done in Europe and Im sure people will stop buying these products when they associate death with these dangerous GMO products. Only 1/3 of Whole Foods products are Organic. We need to make sure GMO are labeled.

Call your representatives at your city, county, state and national level. Say NO! to Nutrasweet, Sucralose, BGH, Round-Up pesticide used anywhere, and any Genetically Modified foods (GMO). Say YES! to mandatory labeling of all GMO products.

You may already know this by now, but instead of using a whisk, or even whisk attachment (or a food processor, for that matter) an immersion blender is probably the easiest method of all! Once everything's in the cup/bowl, it literally takes under 10 seconds to whip into mayo!

I made mine just like yours, and it looks just like the picture but it tastes....like crap. That's a lie crap has a taste to it but mine tastes like oil with a bit of lemon in it. Am I missing something or am I just not a fan of home made mayo. I was super excited to make it since everyone always says how amazing it is and how you wont want helmans anymore after you make some. I even made deviled eggs with it since no one can pass up a yummy deviled egg but ended up throwing them out after only one bite. :(

It has been way too long since I made mayo! But you are right, it tastes so much better and is healthier too - with fewer ingredients than the store brands. I love your use of olive oil too!
