Hot Toffee Chocolate
It finally got chilly enough here to enjoy lots of hot chocolates, coffees and teas. I like hot cocoa (made with cocoa powder) because it’s lower in fat, but sometimes you just need something rich and decadent. This hot chocolate is made with butterscotch and semi-sweet chocolate chips. It’s thick and rich, and will surely satisfy all your chocolate cravings. I agree with cocoa powder being better than the instant mix stuff. I’m a student so we use the instant, because A)we’re lazy and B) its cheap! But now I’m back at home I’ve been making real hot chocolate with milk and cocoa powder and its so good! Thanks for the tips on this blog =D
