Mini Candy Bar Brownie Pies

Mini Candy Bar Brownie Pies by EclecticRecipes.com #recipe

Every year, we go to our neighbor’s Halloween party. It’s her favorite holiday, so her and her husband really go all out. Even though we moved, we’re still going back to the old neighborhood for their party they always hold the weekend before Halloween.

I always make a homemade treat. Sometimes, they’re decorated, and sometimes I do little simple things like these brownie pies. For these pies I used a mini pie pan that I goto at Target, along with brownie batter and a mini snack size KIT KAT. They are a super simple dessert to bring to a party that’s a little different than just simple brownies. I also love that the pie crusts on these help to keep them a little less messy than ordinary brownies too.

Mini Candy Bar Brownie Pies

Ingredients:

2 (9-inch) pre-made, roll out pie crusts
1 box Brownie Mix, plus additional ingredients listed on box
6 Snack Size Candy Bars (I used HERSHEY'S KIT KATS)

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°. Cut out mini pie crusts to fit mini pie pan. Spray pan with nonstick spray and place pie shells in pan. Mix brownie batter according to package directions and divide equally between pie shells.

Place a KIT KAT bar on top of each mini pie. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes, or until set.

I love these! Super cute. Of course I’m partial to brownies, but I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t like one of these!
