Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

Here is a fun sugar cookie filled with Andes baking chips and colored with green food coloring. These would be the perfect St. Patrick’s Day treat, especially for little kids. You can find my recipe for mint chocolate chip cookies at Babble’s Family Kitchen.
