It is so easy to make and comes out awesome! It was my first time making brittle and now all of my work mates want to have me make some for them. I have now made 10 batches and only one had any problems. I added to many nuts and over cooked them a little but they were still edible ! Thanks ffor such an easy and great recipe! I'm not a big fan of peanut brittle however my family is! I've made it several times for them. Last two years I haven't made any candies, way too busy.
