Pear Salad with Walnuts and Feta
It’s pear season, and they are on sale! We were ready for a lighter super the other night, so I opted for this light fall salad. I used fresh pears, roasted walnuts, and feta cheese. I also shared my experience with the adorable Silkie chickens that are also a gourmet Asian delicacy. They are on the rise in sales here in the United States, but with their fluffy feathered heads and feet, and silky down-like feathers, are they too cute to eat?
A well composed salad, the pear against Feta is something I have to try.
