Quick and Easy Chicken Teriyaki

Ever get home and realize there’s nothing thawed for dinner? You’re too tired to go out to dinner, and don’t even have the energy to get back in the car to pick up carryout. You’re just about to call it quits and just eat that half a container of ice cream in the bottom of the freezer when you lock eyes with your sweet loving kiddos, and realize you’ve got to at least attempt to make a semi-healthy meal.

When I’m faced with this dilemma, I scrounge up what energy I have left and head to the grocery store to the frozen foods isle and get something either pre-prepared or something I can make really quick, without having to think too hard.

In partnership with the NFRA and Easy Home Meals, I’m sharing one of my easiest meals to make with ingredients from the freezer isle, Chicken Teriyaki. Paired with some simple white rice, it makes a meal my family loves.
