		<description>I miss eating pork chops. Mom doesn&#039;t like them so we stop buying pork chops. But I want to try that with your southern spice blend. We normally marinate it with garlic and soy sauce.

		<description>I always have a hard time frying porkchops! Its always still too pink on some parts. Especially near the bone. I cook it on med high and for a while (like 20 mins!) I end up baking them in the oven to finish..I cook mine the same way also. Seasoned eggs and flour. :(</description>

		<description>Have never used the eggs before. Usually I just dredge in flour. Will have to try. I&#039;ll have to use just salt and pepper though. My husband doesn&#039;t like spicy food, and I&#039;m not sure if the spice blend would be good in white milk gravy.</description>
