Springtime Pea Soup with Mint

Here is a quick and easy vegetarian meal idea perfect for spring. I just used frozen peas, a little mint, and a few other ingredients to make this delicious pureed soup. You can find my recipe for springtime pea soup with mint at Babble’s Family Kitchen.

Hi Angie, I just saw your post on Jaden’s blog and came over to visit a fellow (what’s the female equivalent?) Floridian. Your blog is very nice and your photos are mouth-watering. If you’ll be at the Food Blog Forum in April, I’ll meet you then.

Angie, I’m always mesmerized by pea soups…the creamy green colour just welcomes Spring and it hints at more goodness to come!
