Panini with Prosciutto, Roasted Pepper and Basil Pesto

This recipe was created for Babble’s Family Kitchen.
Yield:
Serves 4 sliced prosciutto 1. Preheat panini press. Brush bread with olive oil. Spread basil pesto on bread. Then layer on prosciutto, roasted red pepper and mozzarella cheese. 2. Cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. If you don’t have a panini press, see this post at Panini Happy for alternative ways of cooking a panini without a panini press.Panini with Prosciutto, Roasted Pepper and Basil Pesto
