Almond Joy Brownies

almond joy brownies

I’ve got another decadent dessert for you today. This one is a most try if you love Almond Joy candy bars. I used a new frosting from Betty Crocker to make these brownies, Almond Joy Frosting. It really puts these brownies completely over the top.

The frosting would also be wonderful on a chocolate cake, some white cupcakes, or made into a bundt cake. You could even frost some almond cookies with it. How good would that be?

To make these brownies extra special, I added a layer of coconut sweetened with condensed milk and slivered almonds. For even more almond goodness, you could add almonds to the brownie batter too, and maybe even a touch of almond extract in the brownie batter.
