This past week has been so busy. With the start of the new year, there’s so many things we want to get done, so many resolutions to keep and so many new adventures to embark upon. We’ve spent the last week or so brainstorming new vacation spots to visit. It’s our New Year’s resolution to travel and enjoy more, especially the great outdoors. We’re almost done with out glamper camper, and we can’t wait to start taking it to every state park.

Because it’s been so busy, I haven’t had too much time to spend on dinner. I’ve been taking as many shortcuts as possible, while trying to make a meal the family will like. One of the go-to-‘s my family always loves is quesadillas. I can make them quickly and fill them with whatever I have on hand. I make them frequently as after-school snacks and pretty often for dinner too. It’s an easy meal that everyone loves.

For quick recipes like this, I like to keep NatureRaised Farms® Gluten Free Grilled Chicken Strips on hand in the freezer. These grilled chicken breast strips are perfect for quick recipes. They’re so versatile. You can use them in easy quesadillas like this, to top pizzas, in tacos, wraps, salads and so many other things!

I love serving my family NatureRaised Farms® products. They are made with 100% All Natural* Ingredients. The chickens are never ever given antibiotics. They’re fed a 100% Vegetarian Diet, which is a no animal protein or bakery by-products (which could include eggs, animal oils, fish oils or tallow).

To go along with these tasty quesadillas, I serve Alexia® Sweet Potato Fries. They’re my absolute favorite go-to fries for my family. I love that they’re made from sweet potatoes and they’re baked instead of fried. My kids love them too. And serving them with a little BBQ or chili sauce makes them even more delicious. You can find out more about the line of Alexia® Products here and how they only harvest the best produce to creatively season with the all-natural flavors you crave.
