I’ve been having so much fun playing around with flavors in smoothies. This is my latest and favorite creation – bananas and blueberries.

Yield:
Serves 4 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1. Add all ingredients to the blender and mix on high until smooth.Blueberry Banana Smoothie

1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup almond, soy, or other lowfat milk
