Boozy Raspberry Poke Brownies

If you like boozy brownies, you’ll love these. I took the idea of a jello shot (booze and jello) and combined it with a poke cake and a brownie. The result? Sweet boozy goodness.

Boozy Raspberry Poke Brownies

Ingredients:

1 box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker™ Original Supreme Premium brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
1 cup boiling water
1 box (4-serving size) raspberry-flavored gelatin
1/2 cup citrus-flavored vodka
1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur
1/4 cup raspberry-flavored liqueur

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Make and bake brownie mix as directed on box, using water, oil and egg. Cool 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in medium bowl, pour boiling water on gelatin; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add vodka and both liqueurs; stir until well blended. With fork, poke brownies every 1/2 inch. Pour gelatin over brownies.

Refrigerate until completely cool, about 2 hours 30 minutes. Cut into 4 rows by 3 rows.
