Chai Spiced Sweet Potato Pie

Fall is approaching and it gets me so excited! I love the flavors of fall like pumpkins, winter squash and especially sweet potatoes. Decorating the house with pretty fall decor and pretending it’s not still sweltering hot outside is pretty fun too!
While it’s still short and tanks top season until sometime in December here, that doesn’t stop us Floridians from enjoying fall treats like this yummy Chai Sweet Potato Pie. I especially love treats like this that can be served cool this time of year, so you get the fall flavors, but in a cool and refreshing sweet treat!
This pie is super easy and can be made any time during the fall months or for Thanksgiving too! You start with just a few ingredients – a pie crust, fresh sweet potatoes, brown sugar eggs, milk, butter and Oregon Chai® Tea Latte Concentrate.
To get started, I just bake some sweet potatoes in the microwave, about 2 lbs. You need enough for 2 cups of mashed sweet potatoes. You can also roast the sweet potatoes in the oven or on the grill too. Boiling would also work, but you don’t get the same flavor.
Next, just roll out a pie crust in a deep dish pie plate. I like to use those refrigerated pie crusts. They are super easy and always ready when you need them!
Then you just mix up the filling. It’s going to be a little lumpy. Just mix the sweet potatoes, milk, butter, brown sugar, eggs and Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate in a large bowl. Then use a hand mixer to help smooth everything out.
I love how easy this recipe is because you don’t have to measure out all those Chai spices. By using Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate, you add so much flavor to this pie!
Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate is perfect to add to all your fall desserts. It adds so much delicious, yummy flavor. You can also add it to cheesecakes, pumpkin pies and apple pies too. There are so many ways to use Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate in all your fall baking.
And while your yummy treats are baking in the oven you can enjoy a little “me time” by having a rich, smooth Chai Tea Latte using Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate. Oregon Tea makes the best quality, easy latte that has a soothing mix of sweet and spicy bliss you will love!
Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate is organic and non-GMO project verified.
I bought my Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate at Walmart at a great price. I added it to my online order. I’ve been using the Walmart Grocery Pickup Service for a few weeks now. It’s so easy.
I just make my grocery order through the Walmart grocery app on my phone while I’m watching T.V. at night. I can add a few items at a time as I think about them too. Then I just hit the order button when I’m ready and my items are ready later that day or the next. I can schedule pick-up whenever is convenient for me.
Then when I leave my destination to go to Walmart, I just check in on the app to say I’m on the way, and my groceries are being walked out as I drive up. I tell you, Walmart really has got their act together when it comes to online grocery ordering.
Thanks to Oregon Chai, you’ll be able to find time to savor and save on the creamy, indulgent taste that makes for the perfect balance this fall. There is also an Ibotta offer that can be found here for 75¢ off any 1 Oregon Chai product at Walmart from 9/26/18-11/30/18 or until supplies last.
