It’s Labor Day weekend! And I’ev got one more fun grilling idea I think you might like. How about these little cheeseburger tacos? Aren’t they cute? They would be great to serve to friends and family who are watching their carb intake.
I made these cheeseburger tacos pretty simple, but you can let your imagination run wild with them. I think it would be a great idea to make a toppings bar for these filled with all the fresh veggies plus guacamole, sour cream, salsa and different hot sauces.
For the meat, I simply mixed a packet of taco seasoning with a package of ground beef and formed the burgers in half circles so they would fit in the tacos. Then I grilled the burgers and topped them with lots of yummy shredded cheese.
These cheeseburger tacos would make the perfect burger for your labor day party.
