One of my favorite brands, Curly’s BBQ, is celebrating their 30th birthday today! And in celebration I’ve made these family-friendly Cheesy BBQ Sliders. Everyone is sure to love these. They can be made in less than 30 minutes and the recipe can easily be doubled to feed a large family!
Today is also my son’s very first day of fourth grade. It was so exciting to see him off on a new adventure this year. He was beyond excited to catch up with old friends as well as make some new friends too. I can’t wait to pick him up this afternoon so he can tell me all about his day, the new teachers and how everything went!
To celebrate my son’s first day of school I made a quick and easy kid-friendly dinner last night that I knew he would love. My son loves anything BBQ, especially if it’s cheesy, so I made these easy, cheesy BBQ sliders. As they baked I put together a simple side salad.
This recipe is super simple too, you just need a few ingredients – Curly’s RoadTrip Eats Brisket Burnt Ends, dinner rolls, shredded cheddar, melted butter and a few seasonings.
To start these, I had my son mix together a simple butter glaze made with melted butter, grated onion and garlic, paprika and chili powder.
I just took a package of rolls and split them down the middle. I then placed them in a casserole dish. Then I spread Curly’s RoadTrip Eats Brisket Burnt Ends over the rolls.
And then I sprinkled it with lots of shredded cheese. Yummy!
Next I placed the top half of the rolls on everything.
And brush on that delicious buttery glaze.
Then just cover with foil and bake for about 15 minutes, or until it’s warm, gooey and melty!
I used Curly’s RoadTrip Eats Brisket Burnt Ends for this recipe. It’s my favorite brand for BBQ and such a versatile product to have on hand for quick and easy weeknight recipes like this one. You can find Curly’s BBQ in your grocer’s meat case. Be sure to pick some up on your next shopping trip.
Heat oven to 375°. Line a casserole baking dish with aluminum foil.
Without separating the rolls, cut them all in half with a serrated knife. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9x13 casserole dish.
Combine melted butter, grated onion, paprika and chili powder in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Brush the top of the rolls with butter mixture
Heat Curly’s RoadTrip Eats Brisket Burnt Ends according to package directions. Spread heated BBQ over the bottom half of the rolls. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Place top half of rolls on top and brush with butter mixture. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 10 minutes and then uncover and bake for another 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
