Here are some fun little homemade cakesters I did in honor of Oreo’s 100th birthday. They were ridiculously easy to make and so delicious.

Yield: Serves 6
1 box chocolate cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Marshmallow fluff
Sprinkles in assorted colors
Preheat oven to 375°. Combine chocolate cake mix, eggs and oil in a large bowl or stand mixer. Mix on medium for 2 – 3 minutes, or until smooth and glossy.
Spoon 2 tablespoons batter for every cookie on a cookie sheet, 3 inches apart. Bake at 375° for 10 – 11 minutes.
Let cookies rest on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to cooling rack. Make a sandwich with cookies, spreading marshmallow fluff between two cookies and rolling the sandwich cookies in sprinkles.
