Ingredients:

For brownies

4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup Nutella
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cocoa powder

For frosting

1 stick, or 1/2 cup butter, softened
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar

nonstick spray or additional butter to use for greasing the baking dish

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and Nutella in a large bowl, whisk well. Add melted butter a little at a time until it is all combined.

2. In another bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, and mix until just combined.

3. Pour batter into a 9 x 13 baking dish that has been buttered or sprayed with a non-stick spray. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until they pass the toothpick test.

4. While brownies are still warm, combine cream cheese and butter for frosting. Whisk until well combined. If these two ingredients aren’t mixing well, microwave for a few seconds, then whisk again. Add sugar and mix well. Pour frosting over warm brownies, enjoy!

Tip: To get clean slices, refrigerate brownies overnight before slicing.
