Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Oatmeal raisin cookies were the only cookie my mother ever made from scratch, so they always bring back memories for me. I realized the other day that although I’ve made oatmeal cookies recently, I haven’t made any oatmeal raisin cookies in a very long time.
This recipe was created for Babble’s Family Kitchen.
Yield:

Then add the eggs one at a time and continue to mix again until fluffy. Then add and vanilla extract, mix until well combined. Then slowly add the flour, salt and baking soda mixture, a little at a time and just mix until well combined. 3. Add Oatmeal and mix until combined. Remove from mixer and fold in the raisins.
