Peeps S’mores for Easter

peep scores

babySo what do you get when you combine a peep and a s’more? a shmeep maybe? Whatever you want to call them, they are good, and I am not found of peeps. I do like marshmallows, but peeps? You have to admit they are kind of gross, and a little odd. Here’s my son’s first experience with a peep. He was 5 months old here, and just starting to explore the world of food. Despite my lack of photography skills back then, he sure is a little butterball of cuteness, isn’t he?  Looks like he’s saying, what the heck is this Daddy? But peeps are so freakin cute, and no Easter basket would be complete without them.So here is the perfect quick and easy recipe to use up leftover peeps. Just add chocolate bars and graham crackers to the kid’s Easter baskets and you’ll be set!

Hope you have a wonderful Easter, I will have more Easter recipe ideas next week. Don’t forget I also have a new giveaway from Seattle’s Best for a $100 Amazon Gift Card from Blogher.
