We absolutely love spending time in our backyard. We’re so lucky to have a nice relaxing porch area, outdoor kitchen and a big cool pool to play in. We host lots of get-togethers and parties in this space for friends and family all year long.

This past weekend we had an impromptu summer themed pool party with a few close friends. Even though it’s still spring, it’s very warm here in central Florida, and perfect for spending time in the pool and grilling outside.

I made this little burger bar area on our patio table by the pool complete with a few festive decorations. I included toppings for the burgers, refreshments, lemon water and lots of snacks!

I got all the decorations and groceries for this party at my local Walmart. I bought a table cover, paper plates, napkins, straws, plastic utensils, and those cute party balls. I also got the glass container with the lemon water and the metal containers there too! Walmart has everything you need for summer get-togethers and parties!

Since we had friends coming over that are vegetarians, I decided to make our favorite veggie burgers, MorningStar Farms® Veggie Lover Burgers. These are quick and easy to make on the grill and taste amazing!

These MorningStar Farms® burgers aren’t just for vegetarians, everyone loves them and they are packed with protein. You can find them in the frozen foods section at Walmart. I also love to cook these on the grill for even more added flavor!

I also included a bucket of one of our favorite beers, Cerveza Tecate Light Mexican Beer. It’s light, refreshing and easy-to-drink beer perfect for a cookout, barbecue or tailgate occasion. It has a grainy malt crisp flavor, low bitterness, and a pleasant aftertaste. It’s definitely a crowd favorite at our house!

For toppings, I include fresh slice avocados and pepper jack cheese. I also chose some Fresh Cravings Salsa that I picked up at Walmart. This salsa is made with hand-picked, vine ripened tomatoes and isn’t cooked or pasteurized, so it tastes so fresh and delicious! You can find it in the chilled produce section, near the bagged salads and dressings at Walmart.

I also couldn’t forget the Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise. A burger isn’t a burger without creamy Hellmann’s® mayo! Hellmann’s® has been Keeping it REAL for over 100 years! It’s made with real, simple ingredients like cage-free eggs, oil, and vinegar. So it always tastes fresh and delicious.

For the snacks, I picked up some new Cheez‑It® Snap’d™ snacks. They taste amazing and are cheesy, thin, and crispy, perfect for snacking or as a side to burgers! These new crunchy snacks come in the following flavors:

  • Cheez‑It® Snap’d™ Double Cheese
  • Cheez‑It® Snap’d™ Sour Cream & Onion
  • Cheez‑It® Snap’d™ White Cheddar & Bacon
  • Cheez‑It® Snap’d™ Jalapeno Jack

This is the Arizona Burger recipe from the Burger Bar Truck, and it is so delicious and simple to make! The Burger Bar Truck is currently moving all around the country and will stop by participating Walmart stores.
