Bloody Mary Grilled Steaks
Grilling season is here. Here’s one of my favorite steak recipe for the grill.
This recipe was created for Babble’s Family Kitchen.
Yield:
Serves 4 1 steak per person, we used top sirloin vegetable oil 1. Combine all ingredients except steaks and oil in a gallon sized bag or marinating dish. Stir to combine and add steaks. Let marinate 3 – 4 hours or overnight. 2. Preheat grill or skillet. Brush grill lightly with oil. Cook until desired temperature.Bloody Mary Grilled Steaks
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup vodka
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
