Caramel Marshmallow Milkshake

I love ice cream in the summer, it’s so cool creamy and delicious. But I don’t want to ruin the progress I’ve made with my diet over the past few months, so I’ve switched to no sugar added frozen yogurt. And while it tastes great, I’d like to be able to make some tasty milkshakes that aren’t loaded with added calories.

That’s why I was so happy to find some new products from International Delight that are fat and sugar free! In addition to adding International Delight coffee creamer to my coffee, it also makes one mean milkshake. There’s four flavors to choose from, Toasted Hazelnut, Chocolate Almond Biscotti, Caramel Marshmallow and Caramel Creme. They all looked amazing, but I had to try the Caramel Marshmallow first.

I made a simple milkshake from low calorie almond milk, frozen yogurt and a few tablespoons of International Delight Fat Free and Sugar Free Caramel Marshmallow coffee creamer. The creamer added so much flavor to this milkshake, we loved them!

To really make these shakes special, I rimmed the glass with rainbow sprinkles. And we saved so many calories by using low fat ingredients in the shake, we can spurge a little right?

I finished off the shakes with some non-fat whipped topping and a cherry. Cute, right?

Caramel Marshmallow Milkshake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups no sugar added vanilla frozen yogurt
1 cup skim, almond or soy milk
2 tablespoons International Delight Caramel Marshmallow Coffee Creamer
non fat whipped topping for garnish
rainbow sprinkles for garnish
vanilla cake frosting to rim glass
cherry for garnish

Directions:

Rim glass with cake frosting and dip in rainbow sprinkles to rim glass.

Combine ice cream, milk and coffee creamer in blender. Blend on high until well combined and pour into glass.
