Chocolate Mousse Brownie Shots
These are fun little chocolate mousse and brownie shots that you can make boozy for the grown-ups, and without booze for the little ones. I love the mini size, it’s great portion control.

Chocolate Mousse Brownie Shots
Ingredients:
1 box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker™ Original Supreme Premium brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
1 box (4-serving size) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup whipping cream
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Make and bake brownie mix as directed on box, using water, oil and egg. Cool completely.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat pudding mix and milk with whisk until soft-set. In small bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into pudding. Refrigerate until ready to assemble.
Crumble cooled brownies. In each of 12 shot glasses, layer crumbled brownies and chocolate mousse. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
