White Chocolate Mocha Iced Coffee with International Delight #IDandMe
The first day of summer is quickly approaching, but you wouldn’t know it here in Florida. It seems that summer already came a few months ago because of the heat. Because of the heat, I’m really not all that crazy about hot coffee or tea. I much rather have a tall glass of iced tea or coffee in the morning.
I don’t make iced coffee every morning, usually just in the weekends when we’re all having breakfast together. I’ll make coffee for my husband, and make myself an iced coffee. Lately I have been in love with this new flavor for International Delights, White Chocolate Mocha. It has a rich, white chocolate flavor in a creamy, delicious blend. It makes one amazing iced coffee. And my husband also loves it because it works great in hot coffee too.
To make the perfect White Chocolate Mocha Iced Coffee, I use 2 tablespoons of creamer to every 1/4 cup of very strong black coffee poured over crushed ice. I then top it with whipped cream. You can easily adjust the ratios though to get your iced coffee just the way you like it.
Another great tip for making iced coffee is to use ice cubes made out of coffee. I heard this tip a while ago, but can’t remember who told me. It’s a quick and easy way to ensure that your iced coffee never gets watered down.
