Loaded Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs

There are just a few weeks of the school year left and then the kids will be out on summer vacation. I can’t wait for summer this year. Between the pool parties, summer BBQs and beach vacations, it’s just so much fun!
For me, the most fun thing about summer activities is being outside and grilling! Whether we’re at home or camping out with our portable grill, it’s just so much fun and so delicious!
The kids love to make hot dogs on the grill and so do we. It’s a nice change from more time-consuming grill recipes and they’re just so much fun.
I like to get Ball Park® Beef Franks at our local Sam’s Club to put on the grill. And one of my favorite things to do with them is wrap them in bacon! It’s something fun I can do with the kids and as you can see, my son is already learning to man the grill!

These bacon wrapped dogs are so easy. My kids love to wrap them together, then my son can grill them!
And when they come off the grill they are just perfection! We always do half with bacon and half without for variety!
I like to really load up the toppings for my hot dogs and my husband does too. We add mustard, ketchup, relish, onions, sauerkraut, shredded cheese and jalapeños. My son adds everything but the fresh jalapeños. They are extra spicy!
This is the way I do my husband’s. Don’t they look yummy?
But for mine, I add a little more ketchup and mustard. Yum!

Ingredients:
FOR HOTDOGS:
- 8 Ball Park Beef Franks
- 8 slices bacon
- 8 hotdog buns
FOR TOPPINGS:
- Mustard
- Ketchup
- Diced onions
- Pickle relish
- Sauerkraut
- Sliced jalapeños
Directions:
Heat grill over medium heat. Wrap bacon around hotdogs and place on grill. Grill over medium to low heat until bacon has cooked around the hotdogs and hotdogs are done.
Place hotdogs in buns and top with your favorite toppings!
