Serves 4 4 salmon fillets 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly oil a baking sheet. Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger in a small bowl. Brush over fish fillets. 2. Sprinkle panko over fish and bake at 400 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes, or until fish is done and flaky.Panko Crusted Salmon

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon freshly ground ginger
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup panko crumbs
