Peanut Butter Balls
Christmas is coming so fast, and I’ve got a list a mile long, just like you. My son has been asking me to do some Christmas baking. He’s got Christmas cookies, chocolate chip cookies and fruitcake on his list. I know you’re thinking, what little person begs for fruitcake? It surprised me too.
So yesterday I thought I would start with something pretty easy to get me in the holiday dessert spirit with these easy peasy no bake peanut butter balls.
These are so simple to make. They make a great easy dessert that even the youngest helpers can make. You just combine you’re favorite peanut butter with some powdered sugar and then make evenly sized balls. You can can guesstimate, or if you’re OCD like me, use a scale to be precise. Then just role the little balls in candy sprinkles. How easy is that?
For these peanut butter balls, I used Planter’s peanut butter that I got at Target. I do alot of my staple and pantry grocery shopping at Target. For instance I get all my baking ingredients, my canned stuff, and lots kiddie type foods there, like peanut butter. I love that I can save with my red card in addition to finding great coupons.
Right now you can save up to $20 on participating Kraft products, only at Target. And Kraft doesn’t just make cheese, they make lots of items, including Planters peanut butter like:
