We had so much fun on Chinese New Year! We cooked lots of fun Asian recipes to celebrate. In fact we love Chinese New Year so much that we make Asian foods every week. Thursday is our Asian inspired night when I make something absolutely delicious!
I’ve been having so much fun creating fun recipes with these Ling Ling frozen Potstickers I found in my grocer’s freezer. These little potstickers are so versatile and can be used in lots of different types of entees. My whole family just adores them!
Ling Ling also has authentic Asian style noodles combined with delicious sauces, protiens and vegetables. They come in Drunken Noodles and Yakisoba Noodles.
Ling Ling also has Fried Rice that comes in 5 amazing varieties based on authentic Asian inspired recipes from Japan, China, Korea and Thailand. They are Yakitori Chicken, Yakiniku Beef, Thai-Style Chicken, Chinese-Style Vegetable and Bibimbap Beef.
The Potstickers, featured in this recipe, are made with delectable pork or chicken and tender vegetables expertly combined in a delectable dumpling. Each package of Potstickers comes with it’s own Ling Ling signature dipping sauce.
For this recipe, I’ve made Potsticker soup and it’s amazing! I start with chicken broth and cook the Potstickers in the broth.
To go in this simple soup, I add some fresh shiitake mushrooms, bok choy and carrots. It’s so good.
As a garnish, I add some fresh green onions and fresh cilantro. Yummy!
