Breakfast for Dinner: Chicken and Waffles Charcuterie Board

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Tyson Foods, Inc. The opinions and text are all mine. #CreateYourOwnRules

Dinner doesn’t have to be boring and the same every week. You can create your own rules to have more family fun at dinner time. Getting kids to eat new foods is easiest when you think outside the box like making breakfast for dinner!

Breakfast for dinner is a favorite in our home. We change it up every week and do something new and exciting. This week we made this fun Chicken and Waffles Charcuterie Board. It was quick and easy, and the whole family loved it. It’s was so much fun to make these family favorite breakfast items for everyone to enjoy after a long day of school and work.

For this adorable Waffle Charcuterie Board, I made my favorite waffle recipe that I included below. I make this recipe pretty often. Not only do I make it both for lunch and dinner, but I also triple and quadruple this recipe to make freezer waffles for the family. This is a fool-proof recipe I’ve been using for years.

I’ve also included fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Sausage on our Charcuterie Board to pair with my waffles. Another favorite I added was Jimmy Dean Simple Scrambles® Sausage, Egg & Cheese Cups. These are fun for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Some of my son’s friends even take these for school lunches. They are perfect for hungry teenagers! Jimmy Dean Simple Scrambles Sausage, Egg, & Cheese breakfast cups have simple, real, ingredients.

Jimmy Dean® products make the most flavorful, savory breakfast recipes. They are made with real ingredients and make breakfast (and breakfast for dinner) so easy!

And of course, I included Tyson® Any’tizers® Popcorn Chicken on this fun Charcuterie Board. These are the perfect pairing for waffles and are so tasty! They have a Crave-worthy flavor and make quick and easy lunches on the weekends and are perfect recipe starters for things like wraps, salads, and even some Chinese-inspired dishes with rice or noodles. And don’t forget Tyson Chicken is Raised with No Antibiotics Ever!

We do all our back-to-school stock-up shopping at Publix. I love the selection and super friendly customer service. And right now you can get a $5 Publix Gift card when you spend $20 on participating Tyson products from 8/14/21-9/30/21 at CreateYourOwnRulesOffer.com
