It’s January and hopefully most of us are still carrying out our New Year’s Resolutions to eat clean and healthy. It’s so hard for my family and myself, especially now that I”m pregnant, to switch from indulgent holiday treats to clean healthy foods, but it’s a must. My family has traded in the sweet desserts and luscious ice cream for lots of fresh fruits and plenty of fresh berries.
We’re also trying to eat as cleanly as possible throughout the day by adding in fruits and vegetables as often as possible. I’ve found that by utilizing good tools, clean eating becomes much more fun and exciting. For instance, using my new KitchenAid Juicer attachment has been so much fun. My family is now juicing and enjoying every minute of it!
