Grilled Steak with Tomato Mushroom Sauce
Today I’m in Seattle for Blogher food. My family and I flew in late last night, and we’ve been sightseeing all day. It’s a beautiful city, and I’m so excited to see even more of it tomorrow. Today we went to the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. I got some fun new spices, pastas, and saw the most gorgeous seafood, meat and produce. And we got to see the guys toss the fish!
And now, here’s another grilled steak recipe I made a few days ago. This one is a simple grilled sirloin. I topped it with a tomato mushroom sauce that I cooked in a cast iron skillet on the grill. It was super simple, and I didn’t even have to turn on the stove and heat up the kitchen.
